The Line Up by Instyllation - TERMS OF SERVICE
- PRIVACY POLICY – The Line Up (TLU) is a fashion organization service offered by Instyllation, LLC that provides backstage planning and organization for fashion shows. By filling out The Line Up services form, you agree to The Line Up Terms of Service. Under the strict confidence and integrity of Andrea J. Littleton, Owner, and any other person(s) hired by Instyllation, LLC for Client(s) assistance, The Line Up Team assures that all Client(s) personal information remains confidential.
- PAYMENT - Full payment is due upon completion of all backstage services, including Model Casting. All hours spent at Client(s) event location are billable hours.
- VENUE ACCESS - Client(s) or representative(s), must be present at the event venue upon the arrival of The Line Up Team and staff members. Client(s) must provide TLU with correct and accurate location information, as well as venue access information, prior to TLU arrival. TLU agrees to notify Client(s), and Client(s) agrees to notify TLU, in a timely manner, if any unforeseen circumstances prevent either party from arriving at agreed upon time blocks.
- DAMAGES & REIMBURSEMENTS - Under the strict confidence and integrity of Andrea J. Littleton, Owner, and any other person(s) hired by Instyllation, LLC for Client(s) assistance, The Line Up Team insures the best possible care of Client(s) items while they are in the care of The Line Up staff and assures that all Client(s) garments, accessories, jewelry, props, etc., remain in the same condition as presented at time of service. The Line Up team is not responsible for any damage to Client(s) items that are handled before and after being in the care of The Line Up staff. However, the fashion professionals of The Line Up staff will work with Client(s) to help provide the best possible solution if damage occurs.
- WORKING ENVIRONMENT - Client(s) or representative(s) agrees to provide a safe working environment for The Line Up Team and staff, while in the Client(s) designated event venue. Client(s) agrees to allow TLU to select the best possible space for set up and organization. Client(s) understands that The Line Up Team and staff are not obligated to remain at Client(s) designated event venue after the allotted and agreed upon hours of service.
- CANCELLATIONS - Client(s) is required to give a 24 hour advanced cancellation notice prior to any scheduled services, at which time Client(s) will be refunded 100% of the Service Retainer Fee. The Service Retainer Fee (10% of each service fee) is non-refundable if Client(s) cancels a scheduled services appointment less than 24 hours in advance. In the unlikely event that Client(s) decides to cancel services after TLU has already started any work, Client(s) will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
- NOTIFICATIONS - Client(s) or representative(s) will be notified of any additions or changes to Instyllation's The Line UP Terms of Service & Agreements, if such changes occur before the completion of scheduled services.
- CONTRACT – Before the start of any services, Client(s) or representative(s) will receive a copy of Instyllation’s The Line Up Terms of Service & The Line Up Agreement and will return a signed copy to Instyllation, LLC prior to the start of any services.
